We had a great experience living here for 3 years. Location could not be better, so close to everything but off-set enough to not hear the 125 noise. The neighbors are friendly and everyone takes good care of their lawns and gardens. The Park Manager does hours and hours of plowing every snow storm and keeps the roads clean. We never had a problem with the owner, long as you pay your rent and be an honest person you probably won't either. We moved on because we were growing our family and needed more space, but otherwise probably would have stayed longer. Affordable convenient living!
Good location. Units are close together. It would be nicer with more space between units and more greenery and serene of a setting.
Owner is not so good. If you ever see them.
The people who live there are very nice, they keep there yards looking nice, pretty gardens. The owner of pine knoll village is not a nice lady. She tries to intimidate people who live there and drinks in empty houses. Jean Howe is not a nice or fair woman.
Very nice and quiet...but owner is a B*!@#
