DICK'S Sporting Goods

The staff was really helpful getting a Kayak we wanted in a specific color that was not on display.

Well let me start by saying my wife and I have been in retail and own our own business for over 20 years so we know how to treat a customer,with that being said we went to 3 of their location and each one did the same thing we where looking at shoes (witch are not cheap)and with in the first 5 min a employee asked if we needed help witch we did not then literally another employee asked again didn't think nothing of it and we kept shopping and trying on shoes as my wife is very indecisive,after we picked one pair out 3 more employees asked if we needed help again i said no we will come to you if we do tho so now with 20 min over 10 employees asking and circling us about checking out now we politely said no we are still shopping as we where on vacation and wanted to spend some good money well we found her a second pair she really wanted by then they have asked us over 30 times with in 30 min now if they could help or check out or are all set witch again we politely said no we are still shopping then we started to look at the men's shoes for me then out of the corner of my eye I see their 2 managers staring at us very rudely and then approached us and again asked us if we ready to check out we again politely said no we are still shopping so we finally pick out 3 pairs of shoes totally,witch was over 300 dollars mind you then we started to go over to the men's apparel to shop for paints and hats well at this point I noticed that we wherr being followed by the 2 managers and 3 employees so they kept on asking us to check out or if we needed help now at this point your talking a out being ask the same question over 50 time in about a 45 min period,now I don't know about you but aren't you supposed to let your customers shop and spend their money instead of making then feel like we are doing some thing wrong?now we probably had over 500 dollars worth in our hands but still was going to buy more stuff we needed but they kept on with us so we just put it all back and told them that this is the wrong way to make their customers feel like we are doing some wrong instead of actually helping us spend our money,well it didn't stop their cuz when we left their was 2 more employees standing out waiting for us and trying to ask if their could search us and to witch I replied no the only think I have in my pocket is the 5000 dollars I was planning on spending and left,but wow I will never go their again and we use to go their every week and spend thousands on a weekly basis but they lost us for ever.i don't recommend anyone to shop their i found the same thing way way more cheap at other stores any way so I guess thank you for treating my so bad that I went elsewhere.

No line when I went today. People were doing their best to social distance.

Great place to find sports equipment. They always have great sales and discounts. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Poor customer service manager was rude and no employees on sales floor helping customer's .. We will not shop here again.
