Our room looked liked a quaint log cabin with a king bed, love coach, overhead screened TV, food service, deck overlooking lake Winni, waking distance to local stores and dining! What more could a snow bond couple want?

Beautiful area. I thought the hotel would be “on the lake” but the inn at mills falls is across from the lake. Not a big deal but disappointed that I had to cross a road to sit out by the water. Also we had a toilet issue that took a while to get fixed (I think there was miscommunication somewhere) . Staff is extremely friendly.

What a great stay we had the last couple of nights for a little getaway. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are very nice and updated and were very clean. The building we stayed at was Church Landing, there are three properties. There are plenty of chairs to sit around the lake, a separate pool and jacuzzi for adults and free tea, coffee and apples were a nice plus too. All in all a great place that’s not super expensive but still is very clean, relaxing, and accommodating. The only recommendation I might make is for more trees to be cut down if possible because a lot of them obstruct the views from the rooms of the beautiful lake.

Room with fireplace and balcony was great. Cozy. Centrally located. Clean. Dined at Giuseppe’s twice during our stay. Delicious food; great customer service; enjoyable music. Server Laurie was awesome. Very customer-focused. Front desk staff were not as helpful as we expected. There was miscommunication regarding our NYE booking and they were not able to resolve the issue. They sent us to the Church Landing Inn, but our issue never saw resolution. Angie was the only Staff member working at the Front Desk. It is busy! We heard the Reservation Staff chatting in the back room, but no one came out to help Angie or us. Angie took our phone number so someone from Reservations could return our call regarding NYE Gala tickets, but that return phone call was never received. So glad we spent NYE at the Inn at Mill Falls. Will definitely return to that particular Inn.
