When booking on their hotel website a room said hot tub in room and accessible. It was the same price as regular rooms without hot tubs in room. This seemed odd to me so I called the hotel to confirm and was told yes it would have a hot tub in room. When we arrived this was not the case. When we went back to the front desk and asked about this the man at the front said I never called. I showed him that I had called on my phone log. He then said it was nowhere on his website. We showed him and he said it says hot tub there’s a hot tub in the pool not the room. We pointed out that the jacuzzi rooms say hot tub but he would not honor the rate. We got a refund and left.
Arrived late, someone still to greet us. Average cleanliness - nothing to gross us out. Affordable, comfortable bed.
Small cramped room, moldy shower curtain, no table/chair to eat from and the bed was extremely hard. There was a restaurant right next to the parking lot, John's Tacos, which was very good! Plenty of gas stations near by.
Very nice clean Motel. I normally stay at Motel 6 but I had an Impossible time reserving a room. I travel a lot between St. Louis and Cheyenne and I will be staying here from now on.
It was very clean and quiet for the price. I see lots of complaints but the room I had was very clean and the bed was very comfy. When You are paying a low price don’t expect the Ritz.
