Wonderful place! Very clean and beautiful rooms! Front desk staff was very friendly! Very accommodating, asked for an easy to access room as I was on crutches, they gave us a handicapped room right inside the door so I didn't have to walk very far. Will definitely be staying here again!
Had a few minor issues but overall it is very good. We will retain return. Sandra is great!
Excellent staff! An unexpected stay but glad I was here. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast area clean with plenty of options; proteins, carbs, fresh fruit, and cold cereals. Marking this propert as a favorite.
Room is spacious and clean. Hotel is new so very nice. Price was great for the room we reserved. Only concern, the elevator dropped a whole floor going from 3rd to 4th scaring myself and my children. I called front desk to report it and 30 mins later took the stairs to see if something had been done, no sign or warning to NOT USE this elevator and when visiting with the same front desk clerk I reported it to, his explanation was he is not able to shut it off so he call the tech to come look at it. That sometimes the elevators get confused as to what floor they are going to and that might be what caused it. Not totally convinced by this poor effort as an excuse so we will all be taking the stairs in the morning.
There was a lot of colors on the wall, whites, blacks, blues, reds, purples, pretty much every color. 4/5 not enough green.
