These folks were so nice and helpful. I wasn't able to stay here with them and I booked through a travel app.nnA bit of a pain, but these folks were so helpful in getting me my money back.nnI would gladly stay here.
I got this room for my family & it was nice. The desk person was very friendly & helpful. A late 11 am check out was nice. :) NO BREAKFAST but you do get a discount on room for this. 90 was a bit much for 1 night but it was closest to my home. All in all I would recommend.
Very nice rooms and the people who work there are very nice with how wonderful the employees are there is no doubt why I would go back there no matter the cost or other reasons they are some the best employees I seen in a very long time I did talk to several of them throughout my stay and they all where helpful and good people
Staff was great, donuts at the front desk were so yummy but the beds were so uncomfortable! Hard as a rock mattress and way too soft pillows. Other than that it was okay.
No Covid Precautions Taken! Immediately upon walking into the lobby, there were 10 people sitting about with masks on, drinking and socializing. The woman behind the counter greeted us for check in by pushing the plastic barrier aside and “wearing” her mask on her chin below her mouth and nose. Despite myself and my partner wearing masks, she did nothing. After finding out the hotel did nothing differently during Covid, such as spacing out rooms between stays, cleaning, requiring masks, or providing spaces for guests to reach their rooms without going through a crowd of people, we promptly cancelled our stay and left.nnI’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns that took better precautions, but this place was disgusting.
