We stayed at the Wildlife Inn last August (2020) when we were traveling on our motorcycle from Sturgis to Oklahoma. I have been remiss in not submitting a review before now, as this little motel is well-worth a great review and recommendation! We were very much in need of a place to stay, when we pulled into the parking lot and saw that it was closed due to a local event. As we were turning around to head out, a woman came out and said she had a cancellation...yay!! It is a wonderful and clean little motel, and after just a short walk, we had a much-need meal, too.

Teresa and Rusty were awesome! I was in a bind for hotel rooms for my sister's memorial service. I had reservations at a motel south of town but that motel cancelled my rooms at the last minute. Teresa at the Wildlife Inn was able to get me a room and I am very appreciative they were able to accommodate me at such short notice.nMy room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room at the perfect temperature.nThe landscaping and grounds are well kept and their attention to detail is very obvious. The property has a rustic theme that fits very well with the community.nI could go on, and on about my stay but I'll sum it up with this final word. PERFECT!

This place is VERY well kept and very clean. The owner, Theresa is so nice and you can tell she has a great pride of ownership. The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable...oh, and the pillows...!!!!!! It's around $71 after tax but absolutely worth it!!! All rooms are non smoking and no pets allowed with outside entrances. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Theresa!!!!!

Owner is very nice and very accommodating. The rooms are spotless and very quiet. If ever in the area, I would stop to stay there for business and pleasure.

It is a small place but the rooms are super clean the owner/staff are super friendly and the price is easy on the billfold. Have stayed there on a couple occasions and was impressed every time. You might find fancier or bigger but you won't find nicer or cleaner. If you want a comfortable room where you feel welcome you can't beat this hotel.
