The check in process was great! Very easy. It was all done over the phone. I gave her a credit card number & she told me which unit was empty & gave me the door code.nThere was a large spider on the wall when we entered. The curtains were not hanging correctly and I wanted to adjust them so the outside light would not be shining in during the night. I reached up to fix them and saw cobwebs all over the top of the curtains and the ceiling. I didn’t adjust them.nThere was a layer of dust on the TV.nIt had been a long time since the space behind the bathroom door had been cleaned.nThe shower curtain was grossly dirty. We didn’t use the shower for that reason.nMy companion didn’t even want to put her suitcase on the floor. She slept with her suitcase on the corner of the bed.nOne of the bedspreads had some blood (?) stains on it.nThe room needed some maintenance but a LOT of cleaning.nI was really hoping for a better experience since the town holds a soft spot in my heart.
