You can never get a room due to construction workers tbe lady said. I call every yr to book a room for the week every summer. And she tells me she cant because she needs the rooms for construction workers. Thats ok because the guest house got my 500.00 for the two weeks I was down.
My cousin and I were on our way home but blizzard conditions made it impossible to go farther, so at 1:30 in the morning we stopped to get room for the night. When I walked into the office there was no attendent just a letter next to a telephone that read call for anything. When I call a very rude and irritated lady basically told me to scram. I will not be going back.
Customer service is second to none. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were there for a funeral. Much cleaner and cost less than chain motels. I even saw them taking all comforters off the beds and washing them which I know chain hotels only do every six months. Beds were also comfortable which is very important to us.
Very un helpful staff. One step above public restroom. If you can find a different place, go there.Good luck as its in the middle of Nothing,NE
