We just spent several days hunting here and had a great time. The property is well groomed for bird hunting. The accommodations were very nice and the owners very warm and friendly. This is a place I would recommend to anyone with a small group wanting to hunt quail and pheasant.
I spent 4 days here with my daughter, her husband, their 4 year old twins, and my 2 dogs. It was exactly what we wanted; a place to get away from our hectic lives and slow down. This place is perfect for doing just that. 1 or 2 miles from the closest neighbors, 1 or 2 cars driving past each day. The only noise is the breeze and the birds. Whistling back and forth with the bob-whites is something the kids had never done before. The evening thunderstorm in the distance didn't sound like it does where we live. The thunder seemed like it echoed forever. Everything about this place is comfortable and enjoyable.
