My entire buying and service experience was great. First, their website is extremely easy to navigate. I found the exact bike I wanted as well as all the relevant information about it. I picked the bike up that same day from their Roseville store. I have been riding a Trek cross bike for about ten years and decided to buy a Trek road bike this season. Alex at the store set me up with everything I needed, pedals, shoes... Big shout out to him for helping an old guy out and making my buying experience easy during the pandemic. I highly recommend Freewheel.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find just the right new shoes, clipless pedals and saddle to upgrade my bike.
