Bought a bike a few months ago. My front chainring got bent and I came in initially but didn't have the right ring in stock.nThey recommended converting to 1x. In the mean time they bent the ring back the best they could and I was able to ride home.nnI came back a week later and decided to have it converted. I expected to spend a good amount of money, but was willing to do it.nnI took my bike in, they measured the ring, found the right size to go with the cranks I had and I just waited while they installed it.nnI was dreading hearing the price but found out that they could just charge Fuji (the maker of my bike) for the part and installation. Meaning I was able to ride away without having to pay.nnThankyou very much to Ryan (the mechanic) for the help and am extremely happy with it so far. He told me that if I had any issues to bring it back in. Very good customer service even while swamped with bike orders and repairs because of the shortage caused by COVID.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they don’t have it, they can find it and get it quickly. Fun group rides and training. Service work is top notch and reasonable rates. This is my go to bike shop.

The customer service and turnaround time here were top notch, but fixing my actual issue was not. I had to take my road bike in 3 times in a span of two weeks for essentially the same issue.nnThe first time I walked in I had a leaky/broken pump valve in my back tire among other things wrong with the tire. They patched it up and I rode it once before it went completely flat again, which I discovered only once I started on a new trail. Back I went to the shop, where it turns out the inner tube had gotten tangled up somehow which caused the flat.nnOkay, great. It happens. I take my bike out again the next day and it's flat AGAIN. Same tire, same issue. I went back for the third time where I was told the parts had been installed properly but were faulty/had a hole.nnKeeping my fingers crossed I won't have to take a fourth trip back.nnI appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable people who worked with me--especially taking the time to fix my bike right at closing time--but the issue should have been fixed the first time. I wouldn't write a review for one mistake, but three trips was pretty inconvenient.

Amazing service from this shop. Brought my bike in for minor issue, they had me fixed up and charged a very fair price within hours. Hard to find quick, professional, fair service like this these days! I will continue to have all my bike related shopping here from now on! Great job guys!
