Called in with an issue regarding a brand new chain that had just snapped. Spoke to Dylan in Service and he was a huge help, and offered great advice. Even offered to replace it with a new chain at no charge. Was able to get it fixed thanks to him, though. Definitely recommend these guys. Every single person I've ever worked with in this shop from sales or service has always been friendly and incredibly helpful. Thanks to all in this shop!
The ONLY thing I would change is the turn around time in inspections; However I understand the extraordinary high demand for bikes right now.nI did my research & knew what I wanted. I gave this information to the assistant manager who proceeded to bring me to my PERFECT new bike!!! Along with helping me pick out the accessories that I wanted all completed within 30 minutes!!!nThis is an investment & to be honest it is the first bike that I have ever bought for myself as an adult.nThe service I received was AMAZING!!!nI'm very glad that I decided on coming to Erik's Eden Prairie instead of the smaller shop that I had previously visited!!!nnThank you!!!ud83dude0a
We had a great experience and awesome help from Alex our sales rep, he did a great job helping us find our bikes and was great at selling us what we need and nothing we don't. He was patient, helpful, and when I mentioned our time was getting short he hustled to help my wife find her perfect bike. The turn around on the safety check was great. We are very happy with the service we recieved.

My experiences with Erik’s in general and with this specific location have been great. I had to pick up some shoes at the EP location which is not near me. Ian was super helpful! He put the cleats on my shoes and when I mentioned that I needed a thru axle to use my new bike on my trainer, he showed me exactly what I needed to order. Then he took a bike off the floor and showed me how to install it on my bike. I’m glad he demystified that for me because it wound up really easy to do. That bit of education was worth the drive.
