Did a great job on demo and install of a new roof! Their work was professional and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Got all work done in one day. There was one small mistake I noticed after they left and bill was paid; They came right back and fixed my issue, no problems or extra charges. This is a rental property in Ann Arbor, and I will call Pro Home Improvement first for my next roof!

What an AMAZING experience with PRO Home Improvements….nFrom the very beginning it was truly a pleasure. Our home had some serious roof damage and we had contacted 3 separate companies to give bids on the work. Pro Home was the first. After sitting with Dwight their salesman for almost an hour we were sold. I called the other appointments and canceled. Everything he had promised we would find to be true. Before any work started they sent over their project foreman to assess the damage and finalize the quote. The total amount never varied from that finalized quote (no hidden cost). There crew showed up on time and were more than polite, they were professional in every aspect of the job. The original time frame was 3 days to complete the work needed. As the first day progressed the project foreman assured us they would be done in 2 days. The roofers were fantastic, every person knew what to do and they really worked well as a team. This was really refreshing to see. Further into the day the project manager came up to us and said the best news we could hear “the project was running smoother than anticipated and we will finish today”. We were more than pleased. To show how much the company really cares about the work that is being performed the Vice president and the owner showed up, what a nice touch. As the workers finished the job the cleanup was done to perfection.nEvery aspect of this job went exactly as quoted and we can’t wait to start the next project. They will be the only company we use.

First, the estimater arrived at asked why we aren't having the roofers do the gutters. That is his business, but my husband told him they didn't do that. We understood that we both had to be there to meet for the quote afterward, and planned on doing so, but my husband had to leave unexpectedly at the last minute. We had both planned on being there for the meeting but something came up. I apologized, but was told that he couldn't talk with me alone, that we both had to be there. Not good customer service and I would not recommend this company for that reason alone.
