Nice people to deal with. Received my bikes next day. Very well package. Great job Fed-Ex. No damage or marks. But. No Allen wrench to fit Axle handle bars. No manual how to work the bike. After all very satisfied.
Excellent customer service-- DB shipped bike out in a timely manner, Fedex lost bike, sent another one that arrived in time for Christmas. CEO personally responded to my inquiry--all during pandemic. Bike (E-sparrow) is lovely and fun!
This is the most beautiful bike I’ve ever purchased and it rides like a dream. It takes a couple weeks for delivery but is so worth the wait.
I honestly love it, cool coworkers and my job is constant, work work work.. just amazing how I found a job I like.
This may be the only 5 star review whereby in the first sentence I would describe my experience as terrible. Terrible though from my interactions with the retailer from which I purchased the bike many months ago and watched as the delivery dates came and went with no clear insight as to where was the bike. Then, after many fruitless customer service calls to said retailer, I finally contacted Detroit Bikes directly and found for the first time actual customer service. Honestly, though the initial feedback from Detroit Bikes may not have been what I hoped, they made a delivery commitment and went out of their way to meet it. In the end, the bike, a gift (commuter b) - is a work of art, almost too nice to ride.nnIf you order one, and can stand the wait... in my humble opinion - definitely worth it.
