Very unprofessional. Contract asks for a deposit and the rest on completion. Didn’t share that there was mistake in ordering needed materials and tried to bully the rest out of me even when the job was not complete. Owner hung up on me like a teenager which I found hilariously unprofessional and a show of character. I’d never recommend the use of this company. Sad was very disappointed with how everything was handled.

The crew from Northern Michigan Metal Roofing installed new roofs on our home and garage this past week. My husband and I cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship or the work ethic demonstrated by this team of workers. They removed the previous roof and obsolete chimney, trimmed limbs from an overhanging oak tree, removed an antenna tower, and cleared away all the debris. They are exceptional and we recommend Mark Severance and his crew highly.
They were very good. The technician was very prompt and communicative. The pricing was very fair. Overall a great.
