Worked directly with Fred Grennan, the owner. He was very thorough, professional and made sure I understood all of the details. He was able to schedule the job for the following week. The crew was on time, and brought enough workers so that the job was done in a day. The roof looks great!
My roof had not been provided an ice barrier when it was installed (before I bought it) and I developed a ceiling leak. Grennan responded the next day, bid a few days later, and the roof was repaired in less than a week. They came out on a Saturday to get it done. This company is professional, technologically updated and they do quality work.
I couldn’t be more pleased. My skylight was in desperate need of replacement. Fred fit me in the schedule and it is perfect!! I would never think of going any where else!! Excellent service.. excellent workmanship!!
Larry and crew worked on our siding repair job on 10/21/20. We were pleased with their quality work and when completed they reviewed with us what was done. They even knocked down hornets nests for us which was very much appreciated. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and clean. They were very kind to our curious boys who wanted to know what they were doing to our house. We are very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Grennan Construction to anyone.
