My husband and I came to this store willing to buy 2 new bikes, of course we needed some information on that before anything else.. the guy who came to help us was very rude, like he didn’t want to spend his time so he told us to go home and do our homework. So we drove to Rochester Bike Shop where we had an amazing help, everything explained and our order placed!
Im really impressed with this shop. I brought my 2020 Giant Advanced Revolt 2 in for an annual tune up and new tires placed and they had a turn around of one day. ONE DAY. That’s rare right now with how busy bike shops are. I originally bought my bike at KLM in Rochester but they aren’t as friendly nor speedy so I’ll always go here from now on to get it serviced. Fast and quality work. My shifting feels buttery smooth and the prices are fair for the quality of work. Thank you for taking pride in your craft.
Best place to purchase bike. Ian( store manager) helped us to choose the correct bike. Overall very good experience from Pontiac store. Lot of options are available in the store to purchase a good bike.
All the staff at the Pontiac shop is really knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Paul has always given me great advice and support since I started cycling eight years ago, and he's my go-to for bicycle-related questions.
