I live in this community and the reason for my low score is the lot rent is 810.00 a month and my mortgage is only 620.00, I find it very difficult to understand such high lot rents in a community where there is nothing really offered for the price we pay, there is a seasonal swimming pool that is to small for the size of the community a very small outdated playground and a basket ball hoop that is in a parking lot. The management is very rude, and the lot rent increases yearly.
I have lived here for over 2 years now, great place to call home! Super clean and quiet with really friendly management. Rent is starting to get a little high, but it’s totally reasonable given the great location.

Really nice area well cap and I recommend living there
