I called this company early midday, and they were able to come and take a look at our church roof. They were so nice and prompt and ready to help in any way. They climbed on the roof and found that all was well and there were no missing shingles. They could have told me that a fix was needed as no one was on the roof before SchramCo climbed up and looked. They are a very honest company and I would recommend them. I am definitely keeping their number for future reference/needs.
We got our roof done in 2017. It was a referral from the guy that inspected our home before we bought it. Said 2 girls that he knew run it and they are reasonable and do a great job. After several estimates from other roofers, we decided to go with SchramCo. Within days everything was complete. But last year around the end of summer, we found a leak. My husband got up on the roof and he had seen there was a spot where you could see right into the house. Then we seen another leak. We tried to call and email, SchramCo, Justine and Diana We didnt get any response. We decided to go to the address listed on one of the web searches and its a house. Then my husband tried to text Justine, she responded with an excuse that her partner made some bad decisions and now the company is out of business and there is nothing they can do because they are in litigation.nnFast forward to right now at the moment. I was woken up by a drip noise in the kitchen. It was dripping from the light above the kitchen. Went upstairs and looked in my closet thats above my kitchen and the whole outside wall is wet. Plus, my clothes, shoes, the carpet. Its 3am. Now what.
As of right now my renter has been calling them off and on for about 6 months. I have called and left a message and we will see if they return my phone call. If they do I will change my rating but if they don’t I will call Channel 7 just like the first person. Overall I had a good experience up until this point. We shall see

This company is a bunch of scammers. We subcontracted them to frame a house in Trenton. They took the 2nd draw and ran for the hills, they would not return phone calls or text messages for a week, and when they did respond, there was always an excuse, from dianes dad being very sick, to a miscommunication on when the truss where arriving. The funniest one was when she told me they wouldn't come back to set truss, until the windows were on site. They went nearly ready to even set truss. They did about $3,000.00 worth of work and took me for $8,700.00 bucks, via draws. They talk the talk, I should have trusted my gut, but I gave them a shot, it will all catch up with them. Channel 7 is doing a special on them very soon, they have found them working on a house in Wixom, on Potter Rd. I feel bad for that builder and homeowner. At the end of the day, they ripped my company off for about $5,700.00 but what's worse is they made me look like a loser in front of a very good custom home builder who actually is the kind of customer we in the business enjoy working. Also, I can walk around town with worrying about running into someone I ripped off. Good luck to them framing anywhere downriver.
