This was the best experience I've had with a service company! I originally called them for a chimney repair. I asked about doing a whole roof repair and after Alex broke everything down for me, I felt great with the price and the whole process. They scheduled me much faster than I thought and finished the work in one day! Jeff was great to work with too, he even helped me move a chair into my house. I have already referred one friend to them and will refer them to anyone with roofing needs.
Excellent company. This is the second time I’ve used them, first for metal roof install then install of snow guards. Both times I had great customer service, competitive pricing, and didn’t have to clean up after them! The crew is respectful, engaging and extremely well trained. I recommend Four Seasons Kanga-Roof to anyone needing repair or replacement of a roof. I plan to use the company for siding in the future.
The work has not been done yet, but so far Pete was exceptional. With calling 8 different companies, he was the only one that said part of the work ight be covered by insurance. This saved me a lot of money. I am very grateful of his knowledge and kindness. I really would like to wait to rate everything once the job is completed, but this system won't let me.
My experience with Four Seasons Kanga Roof was excellent! When I called with a concern about my roof, the staff was extremely welcoming and informative. They took the time to understand my concern and walked me through the whole process of roof repair from start to finish. When it came time for them to come out, I was given a reminder of the appointment time and provided more background information on the roofing specialist who would be coming out. My specialist, Mason, was extremely professional and thorough. He made sure I understood what the issue was and all of the options available to me. After doing some research I decided to call Kanga Roof to do a quick roof inspection. I had originally planned just to add some insulation to my attic before winter. I had a feeling it was lacking. I am SO glad I called. They were quick to respond and send someone out. Alex came out and did a thorough inspection of not only the outside of the roof, but the attic as well. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. What he found was a absolute nightmare. My last roofing company did a sub par job and my roof deck was basically rotting away. Alex was able to give me a good price for a new roof right on the spot. My project manager Joe did a great job in supervising and explaining everything they were doing. The crew that came out was very friendly, professional, and hard working and 24 hours later I had a new high quality roof on my house that I am very pleased with. I'm also very impressed with the level of customer service. After the roof was complete they sent a second person out to double check the clean up and make sure it was perfect, and then another person came out to inspect the roof again. In addition, I was able to email Bill Jr at any time with any questions or concerns that I had and he was quick to address them. I would highly recommend Kanga Roof and I plan to use them again for my detached garage.
