What an easy company to work with! Scott came and gave a quote, took care of everything and even followed up after to make sure we were happy with it. Our new certainteed landmark pro shingles make the house look new again!
This company replaced my 2nd story roof and garage with asphalt shingles and my lower roof with standing seam metal roofing. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they did! They were excellent in communicating everything with me (since they had to do the job in two stages) and the finished product was outstanding. The owner checked in with me throughout the job and even came by after completion to check on the clean up. They had the best price for the best materials and I was shocked at how pleased I was when they finished. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Scott was very professional and so easy to get a hold of! The roof was our first big upgrade as first time homebuyers and we never felt taken advantage of. He was very in depth while also being honest and to the point! Would recommend them to anyone!

Exterior Renovations replaced a 20+ year old wood shake roof on our Gazebo. The roof looks great! Scott was very helpful and upfront in helping me decide what needed to be done. The crew was polite and friendly (i was even able to get into a little good-natured bantering with one of eh guys, just for fun, and he wasn't put off!)nThe ONLY reason for not giving them 5 stars is that there was a bit of warranty work that needed to be done and it took longer than I had hoped to get them to respond. I was never ignored, but I needed to keep calling to give a gentle reminder to send someone out. But come out they did and all is well.nI would recommend Exterior Renovations to anyone looking for roofing to be done.
