Took in a script for 45ml of meds. Filled it for 15 ml and insisted that's all they had on file and that I had never filled 45ml before. I had on two different occasions. Argued and got nowhere. Went to CVS at canal Rd. No problems. That's my new pharmacy.

This store is a joke. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you go to pick it up, they change their story saying i missed understood. Pharmacy is filles scripts to early and then if you don't pick it up in 7 days its put back in stock. Why pick up a script when i have 3 weeks left and spend $$$$ that i dont need to. Looking forward to transferring to Meijers come January 1. Good buy CVS.

Horrible location. Countless times they try to charge me $400 for my prescription and tell me I need to call my insurance. I did, and they told me they don't know why its not covered. I call CVS back and told them, and they still told me they can't do anything. I went to the 16 and crocker location, and they say it's $20, as it should be. They don't know what they're doing at this location, or they need something updated because something isn't right.

I really like and enjoy coming to this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and a joy to talk to. The store always has items in stock. The store is always clean as well. There are always employees around to ask for help. Convenient location. This store always has people in it and employees keep the store very well maintained for this. Amazing team.

I continually receive poor service. I reccomend going to a different location or another pharmacy
