People behind the pharmacy counter/ drive through window are very rude and unprofessional. Had a terrible experience and will not be returning. Although, Jessica who works in the minuteclinic section was incredibly nice helpful.. if she had her own google review i’d give her five stars.

I dropped off a prescription inside and was told 20-25 minutes, I came back after 30 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. My daughter and I browsed the store and left after it still not being ready after 30 more minutes went by. We went to the drive thru for the 4th attempt after being promised it would be ready almost 2 hours prior and we weren’t acknowledged for 15 minutes and 4 button pushes at the drive thru. There were 4 cars behind us too. It’s rare that my prescription is ready there at the promised time no matter the day or time but this time really tops it all.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! I have been to several different pharmacies and this one is by far the worst! I am stuck with CVS because of my insurance and this is the only one with a drive through by my house and with small kids I can’t bring them in every time. Time after time they have told me my prescription will be in but then they forget to order it, they have made me wait over an hour 3 Times while they were “filling” them just to tell me that they didn’t have it in stock. No one here has any idea of what they are doing or how to do their job. It is the most frustrating thing in the world. Corporate needs to do something about this because it is AWFUL!!

I've never had an issue with anything here. I had my flu shot here, anything and everything I need is provided to me, and they brighten my day

I don't know why these reviews are so bad. I use this location as my pharm and have never had a problem.
