My husband stood in line at the pharmacy, when the staff finished helping the person in front of him they started shutting the pharmacy! He told them he had been waiting and needed his script and they told him - sorry it’s 8:00. Eventually they helped him after the woman who was in front of him in line stood up for him. He was so upset when he got home. And, the receipt says 8:02! Jeez, 2 minutes past closing time, come on! This is supposed to be part of our health care system! This is what it has come to?! Pleading with another human to give you 2 minutes of their time?! Where’s the compassion? He’s picking up MEDICINE, not candy! This is really unacceptable. Our insurance requires we use CVS or we would switch.

They filled my prescription wrong by giving me 1/2 the mg. At the same quantity = less medication then my doctors order/script. Then decided they were the doctor and filled my refill the same way and wouldn't correct It. It should be illegal for a pharmacy to change the prescription a medical doctor wrote. My doctor questioned me why they did this. But the question needs to come from #cvscorporate. Crocker Blvd.

Everytime I go into this cvs the cashiers never speak they will speak to other customers but not me and I'm very big on customer service being that I have worked in retail so I know you have to speak no matter what they have no customer service skills I wish I could've gave them no stars

Horrible! Dont go here! First time I have a prescription to fill on regular and they cant get it right. Totally screwed me. Now I am out of my medication because they cant figure out a simple issue and gave me miss information. Had to play detective and figure it all out on my own. Thanks CVS. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Being on hold for 20 minutes to simply see if I have a prescription for prenatal pills is just absurd. Do not waste your time or your money at this location the workers and the pharmacist do not care to provide you with excellent customer service knowing that you are spending time and money here is still absurd to have a customer waiting to simply see if they have a prescription for prenatal pills
