Found the bench I was looking for, but it didn't appear that barbells or free weight plates were in stock.
So I was here with a friend looking at shoes... the black worker (he’s about 5’5 - 5’6 and bald.) working the shoe department was talking to other black customers we waited until he was free to ask a question. He looked us up and down very rudely and went to get the pair we asked for. the customers he was helping were staring us down aggressively. The worker and customers were gossiping about us we heard them they had an issue because my friend is homosexual. the customers left to check out and went back to the place we were. We decided to leave. I carry self defense items on me this could have been a dangerous situation. This is literally mind boggling a retail worker was scheming with customers about to harass and maybe harm us... I considered calling the police but I have no hard evidence of the situation. I’d avoid this DICK’S location.
Devin in the shoe dept. Was very helpful and courteous, even tho I had him running back and forth several times before I settled on 2 pairs that I liked. Ty Devin.
I believe the associate's name was Ryan? He was super helpful and came out to look at our crossbar racks we were concerned about. Great service and clean store!
Lack of stock, horrible customer service, waited on the phone for almost 10 minutes with no manager after the wait. Highly unprofessional environment and no idea when stock will be back for the items I want. Do not recommend.
