This is a great product! The work was completed within 2 days of signing the contract. The technicians did quick and professional work. I look forward to NOT having to climb a ladder to clean my gutters.

The system is of good design, with superior materials. Well engineered. The installer showed up on time and proposed a completion time which proved to be accurate. When the original gutter spikes are clipped, it creates an unbalanced weight that the sealant used cannot keep the weight from the head of the spike, thus not allowing the clean flat appearance originally displayed. The installer agreed that the spike should be clipped twice leaving a stubby head which will remain flat when placed back into the hole with sealant/adhesive. Unfortunately, this conclusion was not reached until the project was complete and was late in the day.

Installed new gutters had a horrible salesperson. Didn't install the way we want, didn't come at the agreed-upon time, and when contacting them to fix issues was treated with disrespect. Sales guy just showed up at my house and was very hard to deal with. If could have given -5 stars that's what I would have given. And when told they would fix issues and would send a so-called expert to fix they sent the same people that did the original install incorrectly and wouldn't answer my calls or messages to clear up the situation. NEVER GO WITH LEAF FILTER THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION PEOPLE!!!!!!

I have had 4 appointments to get a issued fixed. They show up, but NEVER when the appointment is scheduled for. Today they came a week before our appointment. Guess what? I'm not home. Twice they came 3 days early. Another time they came on the right day, just 3 hours late. Yep, I'm not home again.nSo I will call again, and again wait 20 - 30 min before getting through to a person who will assure me that they will come on the right day, right time, and will call 30 min. before arriving. I think that she is the only one who believes this.
