My Father used this business. The team they contracted to do the roof on his house was inexperienced, did not listen to what he needed done to correctly do this roof, and in return the damage has left his home nearly beyond the point of repair from roof to basement. After dozens of calls, multiple project manager visits identifying that, yes, there is a problem, they had materials dropped off, and never came back out. So, here he sits with a skid of material in his yard that he is attempting to protect from damage so it can be used to fix the roof. He has called multiple times to end up with a promise of a return call and never receives one. Every rain/snow event he has to deal with the containment of water and further damage to his home. Built by his father in the 1950s mind you. Upon calling again last summer, he was given a QUOTE for them to come out and repair totaling over $10K. WHAT? He has been trying to get them to honor their lifetime warranty, only to find that buried deep in the fine print that the warranty only stands if the contracted company carries one. The one THEY hired did NOT. My father is retired, 73 year old veteran who should be enjoying his retirement - which is why he wanted this done..... instead....he'll be trying to figure out how to save the house Hanson's half rate efforts cost him. This broker of contractor's is a complete joke followed up by the super disappointment of a customer service department. I'd give them negative stars if it was allowed.

I will recommend Hanson's to everyone who want's a professional window(s) insulation. I had 9 windows installed this year and 5 windows before. The windows are beautiful inside & outside, very professional installation, they clean up beautifully. The cost was well worth it. The employee's who came out were very respectful and tentative to my needs. The office staff communicated very well by email, text and calls. Thank you for a job well done!

Christopher showed up on time and was professional while working with my grandma. He made sure we were comfortable and had his mask on while explains to us. I would highly recommend Christopher for any of your home improvement needs as he was very knowledgeable.

Ordered windows in spring, came in the fall. Missing handles screws, trim. Paint chipping off three of my brown vinyl AT installation. Forgot one window, removed gutter and didn't replace it. Bay window leaks severely and has ALL winter. Cannot get anyone, to tell us when we will get this resolved, despite promises and them giving us their word!. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They refuse to give us our money back, despite not giving us windows, locks, trim, screws or putting our gutters up as they should be. They literally hold your money, ($8000) as hostage and leave you hanging. We've been waiting 7 month, and still know nothing!!! Worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life.

Once the snow was gone they were quick and professional. Our roof is extremely steep 2 layers of shingles removed and new roof on in one day. My yard looks better after they cleaned up than it did before they started
