We were very impressed with the company from coming and talking to us about new windows. When they came to install them, the workers were all very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Was able to reuse our trim in the porch room, looks great. When they did our small window in another room, found out why so cold.....no installation. Now there is, love being able to see more clearly outside. The company is fantastic, did our roof awhile back. Strongly recommend Erie Construction if someone needs new roof, new windows. Thank you.
A very professional team came out to our home and upon arriving the greeted us courteously and explained in great detail what they were going to do as they walked us through their work process making sure we understood the entire roof installation process. They cleaned up all debris as they went along. We were very impressed with our professional roofers, they were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions satisfactorily. We now have a beautiful new roof installed at a very affordable price and the quality is great. I would and have recommended Erie Construction to anyone looking to replace their roof.
They were very professional from the sales people to the the roofing employees. They were fast and made sure we were happy with the roof and the process the whole time. They kept us up to date on the time frame of the getting the materials for the roof to the exact date they would be here. They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure everything was put back that they may have moved to make sure it wouldn't get broken from the pieces of the roof coming off. They noticed something that needed fixed while replacing the roof and they made sure we were aware and let us know that they can fix it to make things right. Very happy with our choice in roofing companies and would definitely use them again.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Erie when they installed our windows, so we were happy to have them do our roof as well.nWe have found their sales associates to be good at explaining their products and very open to questions.nOnce you have setup an appointment from their door-to-door approach to selling be attentive to a call to confirm your appointment.nThey come to your house talking you through the company, the product and your options.nIf you say yes, the process is quick; the sales associate will gather all the necessary information about the house.nNext, you will fill out paper work confirming the work to be done. It is a matter of best available time and you are scheduled.nErie works with subcontractors, so be aware that you will be speaking with someone outside of Erie about the actual work being done on your house.
Had my 1925 windows replaced with double pane and no longer feel drafts or burning sun coming in. The workmen were polite and fast they let me know when they were coming and cleaned up when they were done.I feel erie construction did a fine job at a fair price.They even worked with me to set up a time that worked for me.I will call them again the next time I need work done on my home. Then in 2020 I had them replace my basement windows which were metal framed and very hard to open. The new windows are great look and fit are excellent.
