Excellent service and down to Earth people. Smooth transition from start to finish. They didn't try to upsell me a new bike and did some maintenance on my old one. Would highly recommend. The turn around time for the maintenance was fast for the amount of people scheduling bike tune-ups.
Service was nice. Bought a stroller for my cat. I know one thing they have bikes in there that are going for more then I paid for my first vehicle. Ford ranger 1985 brand new.

I have purchased 4 different bikes over the years from Village Bike and even though every time I felt I got a good honest deal on the bikes I can NOT say more about their service department going above and beyond again and again..I have had a few different parts go bad and they have managed to get them replaced on warranty more than once and they always have been free with advice and help but I would like to point out most recently I had a tube go bad on a Saturday afternoon an hour before they close and had no practical way to bring the bike in but the Joe the service manager at the 60th and Kalamazoo branch stopped by with a replacement tube and his tools and changed it out for me after hours. There were other circumstances but the fact he was willing to do this on a 90 degree plus day in my sweltering garage should speak volumes to anyone looking for a good deal and a company who stands behind what they sell.
The folks at Village Bike are THE. BEST. I bought two bikes from them last year, and received top notch customer service. Just today, I was trying to order a helmet and have it delivered to my home and I was encountering issues. Not only did Dan give me his number to phone him directly to resolve the issue, Cody delivered the helmet to my home the very same day I ordered it. No matter if they’re providing customer service in person in the store, or virtually during a pandemic, I have always had a pleasant experience with the team at Village Bike. I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Keep it up! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to buy another bike or more accessories.
