Mike Woodhouse was an absolute pleasure to work with and the main reason we didn’t consider other contractors. Mike was professional, punctual, courteous and kept every single word he spoke. We dealt mainly via emails and the process couldn’t have been easier. We had a couple of very minor issues, but they were taken care of before we even noticed them again. I can’t tell you the last time that a company offered such great customer service and made you feel like a valued customer. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. The crew was great too! Our roof looks great and Mike deserves a raise. Thanks Mike!
Although, Sherriff-Goslin did not install my roof, when I needed roof repairs they were great. I called one day, and they came out the next day. They inspected my roof, recommended a solution, and installed new shingles. I was very pleased. And, the repairman wore a mask for his entire visit.
Mike Woodhouse was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Sherriff-Goslin Roofing for any of your roofing needs. Mike called me back when others wouldn't... and that means a lot!! Plus, the craftsmanship was top notch!! 5 stars!
Needed a complete strip/reroof at my home due to hail damage last summer in Mattawan. I talked to several contractors and also received a referral from a neighbor about Justin Reynolds and Sheriff-Goslin roofing in Kalamazoo. Justin visited my home a couple times, gave me his email address and cell phone number for any follow up questions/comments I may have. I reached out to him several times and he graciously answered every question. I then selected Sheriff-Goslin based on my interactions and confidence with Justin. He certainly did not disappoint. The crew (Gus and the guys) were friendly, willing to answer any other questions I had during the process, and cleaned up the site each day. Were there a couple minor issues during the install, sure, as it was a big job, but Justin and Gus said not to worry “we will make in right”, and they did. I would, and have recommended Justin and Sherriff-Goslin to anyone needing roof repair, I would use them again if i needed roofing service.
Jeff Smith was a pleasure to work with! To say he went above and beyond on our roof, would be an understatement. My wife and I are extremely happy with our roof. Jeff helped walk us through the insurance process and worked directly with our Insurance to make the process as smooth as possible for my wife and I. He ensured that we were happy with our finished product, and made adjustments when they were needed. Thanks again to Jeff and the entire Sherriff-Goslin team!
