There have been a lot of roof replacements in my neighborhood recently. I witnessed several roofing companies with varying levels of professionalism and time to complete the job. After reviewing proposals from many companies, Character Exteriors had the best offer. They stood out above the others. Their pricing was competitive and service was outstanding. They were flexible and able to accommodate my schedule. They completed the entire job in less than one day. They used a screen system to protect the house from any damage. There was no mess left behind. It added peace of mind that the work was done well, on time, and not having to worry about the job taking more than a day in case it rained. Collin was very helpful. Questions were promptly addressed and resolved. They also handled the process with the insurance company, which relieved me of any additional stress. Overall, it was a great experience having Character Exteriors replace my roof.
Character Exteriors checked all of the boxes: great communication, expertise, and competitive pricing. From the beginning Dawn followed up right away, answered all of our questions, and brought in Collin to address our more complex roofing issues. Collin is a professional: took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the answers. It put us at ease that we were in great hands. I am also very happy Dawn talked us into some other shingle colors to consider, and that Collin suggested the higher profile ridges, and metal valleys for a better look and function to better handle our various leaves. We feel this looks great on our English Tudor. And, these were not sales pitch items. These were all relatively insignificant costs with great value. Other roofers could have just looked past all of our questions and concerns to get the job done. But again, they took the time to address our specific concerns. In addition, they fixed rotting trim including both recessed and raised on cement stucco siding with high quality material that will not rot. Daniel and his crew did a great job on the trim. Highly recommend!

Character Exteriors has an incredible team of talented and professional individuals! I recently had a Storm Restoration, Vinyl Siding project completed and I was very impressed from start to finish. Great communication, professional & speedy with the upmost attentiveness to quality & details! As well as doing a great job with clean up. I will 100% be doing everything with Character moving forward.
Character Exteriors did a great job installing the gutters. The roof line on our business is a tricky one, and Collin and his team took the time to make sure it was done right. The two Jordan’s were friendly and professional. We will be using it them again.
