I really wish I could give them a good review. I had really high hopes for them. The first appointment we had set up for the initial quote was a no show by them. We then set up a second time about 1 week later and they were over an hour late. I was promised a quote for siding my house three days later. It’s been three weeks and I still have nothing. They haven’t responded to any of my numerous voicemails (close to 5 but I lost count) and text messages.nI realize we are all busy during the time of COVID but communication, punctuality, and delivering what was promised is not hard. I hope others don’t have the same experience that I did. I’m all for using our small local businesses but I’m going to look elsewhere.

I love the work they did at my sons house. The flooring and fireplace transformation is beautiful. I would recommend hiring RDB for a remodel job! Great contractors and very nice people.

Wanted to share my experience with RDB Contracting. Bill and Mario were fantastic to work with. We had purchased an older home and it was in need of some serious demolition and a facelift.nnHere is what they did for us:nDemo'd the old wood flooring and tile flooring. Then they pulled carpet. Then they tore out our old fireplace hearth (dangerous when you have little kids). Went with a more modern glass tile on the fireplace, and ship lap above the tile with a beautiful 200 year old barn beam for a statement piece. They also ran power above my old fireplace area and hung the TV so we can have a more modern and usable space. Check out the pics below.nnSuper glad we worked with them. If you have a project like a kitchen remodel like we did, RDB is awesome. If you have a home around the Traverse City area and are looking for a reliable and affordable contractor that knows design, RDB is your team! I uploaded some photos so check them out in the gallery.

We had some storm damage about a month ago. A large dead tree came down and we couldn't find anyone to remove it. Tried RDB as a last resort. William had Mario and the guys out the next morning. After looking around our house, we're going to have the guys put in a patio slider, and open up our kitchen into the dining room. William and Sarah came out, used this cool little lazer to measure up the house, and showed us how much different our house is going to look. We're excited.

Had RDB out to look our new home. We needed flooring, a bathroom, and a mud room remodeled. We thought for sure we could only afford one project this year. William worked with our budget, and we're able to get the Floors and Mud room done right away, and we'll be tackling the bath by June. Great guys to work with!!
