Being new to a road bike, Trek Providence took the time to thoroughly explain the product along with components and accessories to outfit my bike.nnThere was absolutely no pressure to purchasing something that I did not want the day I purchased my Trek. The staff was friendly and accommodating, asking questions about my riding style and current biking inventory.nnDuring the time my components/accessories were being installed on the Trek, several staff members chatted with me and passed the time. The crew assembling other bicycles, as well as the member installing my pieces, were professional and friendly. They all made a road bike newbie feel at home and that no question was a dumb question.nnI would highly recommend Trek Providence and wish them the best in their new journey.
Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Adam was extremely helpful in helping me with finding the right cycling shoe. He also took the time to help me practice getting on and off my bike with the new clip shoes that I had purchased. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this place for some quality service. You won't be disappointed!

They are great. We have bought a few bikes from them. They are very knowledgeable and they always able to help. Even with a stroller wheel. They always great and tune ups are reasonable priced. I recommend every check them out.
