Had a great experience here! Brought a bike I got on craiglist around to make sure everything was working. The service was quick and they were super transparent about what they thought I really needed/didnt need to get my bike ready to ride. Came away feeling like I got a honest and informed opinion.
Went in with a squeaking sound when pedaling. Thought it was bottom bracket issues. Josh spun the pedals once and knew it was a bone dry chain. He lubed it up and adjusted my front derailer....no charge. All this on my lunch break and the place was busy. I'm now a customer for life. Don't be fooled by some expensive bike shop. This is where it's at. Thanks again Josh!
