Windows well sealed. Good cleanup. Looks really good. James the installer was very professional and polite and knew his stuff. Another gentleman came by to measure to make sure everything fit perfectly. Devon followed up to make sure my experience was to their high standards. House was uneven and they made sure they sealed it properly so there were no leaks. Really satisfied!

From our salesman to our lead installer, I could not have been more pleased. I was treated with great respect; all my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The work performed on my roof was done in a timely manner, and I feel I had the best installation team available! This team was on my roof in 30mph wind gusts, getting their job done. It was the most stress free home improvement I have had in my current location. This company came to me highly recommended (they were the only company I called for that reason), and I know that the decision I made to use them was the BEST! My roof is amazing! I have the best looking house in the neighborhood now!

Edit: I received a call from a manager to make this right and will update the review after meeting with them.nnI made an appointment for a siding and windows quote with this company and at the time they asked if my husband would be available. He has a varied work schedule and it’s hard to know when he would be able to make it. My husband and I had talked extensively about what we wanted so I was going to make the decisions for this project as I often do for our home projects. I told All Weather that he would not be there. They went ahead and scheduled the appointment for that week. I got a call to confirm my appointment and they again asked if my husband would be there. I told them again that he would not but I would be making the decisions for this project and would like the quote. I had to be transferred to a manager because they weren’t going to allow me to have the appointment without my husband present. They repeatedly told me the Better Business Bureau recommended all homeowners be present. I can understand that this would be their policy so that all parties have accurate information, but in our case it wasn’t going to work to have both of us present and I was going to be making the decisions anyway. The manager said she would talk to the guy that would be coming to let him know I would be present. Today I waited around for the appointment and when they were 10 minutes late I called the company and found out they were refusing to come if my husband wasn’t here! No one called to tell me and I had rearranged my schedule for the appointment.nnThis was one of the strangest encounters I’ve ever had when completing home improvements.

We had made all the color and material type decisions on our metal roof and vinyl siding and were seeking competitive quotes in the Traverse City area. I called All-Weather Seal and they refused to quote unless both me and my spouse were present. I explained I was at our seasonal cottage and only one of us were here for the quote. They chose not to quote under those conditions and suggested we call back when we're both here.
