I recently employed BH&M Construction to provide a variety of services during the construction of my new home. The project scope included:nn• installation of Hardie Board cement fiber siding, soffit, freeze board, and exterior crown and rake molding;nn• construction of accent eyebrow roofs finished with standing seam steel;nn• installation of several prehung 8’ exterior doors and a custom (site assembled) double entry door;nn• finish interior carpentry (including a multi-tiered crown molding throughout the main floor, governor's paneling, a custom built mantel, and an intricate coffered ceiling in the living room);nn• and other miscellaneous yet critical path tasks to keep the project advancing.nnAs the work progressed, I began to realize with BH&M Construction the goal was not singularly the end state, the simple completion of a project.
