I was super impressed with them right off the bat. Great communication from Ryan to help me work through my insurance and answer all my questions. From there, Madi was great at keeping me in the loop with scheduling and such. The crew worked super fast and were very thorough with cleaning up nails and everything. I love how long the labor warranty is and the shingles they use seem to be top quality. I would highly recommend this company.
I have used Valley View for a number of jobs ranging from visual inspection to complete removal and re-installation.
I have valued their professional opinion on a variety of properties and roof types.
In my interactions with them their team has always been quick to respond, quick to the site and punctual from start to finish. (not industry standard)
On one property that was tenant occupied, they sent a notice to the tenants to let them know what was happening and what they should expect. That level of foresight saved me time and headache.
