Overall, this cottage was good for our family. My 8 year old was pretty sad to hear he wasn't allowed in the hot tub. There are definitely many many rules which can be good and bad. The community was quiet and 3 miles from Ogunquit Beach and 1 mile from Moody Beach closest to Furbish Rd.

Everything was good except for the smell when the AC was on... Omg it was bad. The front desk says it was because the humid summer. Not a good excuse. That's the only reason it didn't get 5 stars
