Justin is a wonderful host and very welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in the property. The view from the pool is wonderful for being off of RT 1. Would recommend to friends and family!
We've been coming for years. Always friendly, clean. Any problems are dealt with promptly. Views of the estuary and the sea beyond are lovely.
This place is so beautiful! Can sit on the porch out front and see the ocean.Right next to the refuge. No worries about food tou can either cook in your cute little kitchenette or walk across the street to an amazing food truck venue comes equipped with adult beveragesud83dude09For an excellent price loved it here!
Justin (the owner/ property manager) great guy, the view is spectacular. The cleaning personal is off the charts, hands down. Comfortable suites.
Communication was very lacking or very rude. Granted the rooms was nice but it was way too small for the size of people I came with and the beds were like sleeping on a thing of concrete. They are the type of people running this place that expects you to jump right to what they ask you to do. Also they don't take in consideration of amount of the guests staying. I was 1 of 7 people and the people were told that we needed 1 room for staying and 1 that had a full size kitchen and that wasn't what was given once we got here. What's more concerning is the overcharging of the place. One thing is for sure I'll never suggest staying at this place ever and I'm definitely never coming back to this place. If you come to Wells Maine you might as well stay somewhere else.
