This is not the only place to stay in town and my advice is not to stay here! The service in todays world is unacceptable, I was in town to see my little girl and stopped in the light house Inn Motel on 11/23/2014 looking to rent a room for the week. I am in the timeshare industry and travel all over not only for personal but for work and I have never been treated so badly. My first question, How much for a room? Answer, $50.00 plus tax! Second question, Do you have a weekly rate? Answer, NO! Third Question, May I see a room? Answer, NO! Forth question, If I get a room and is unacceptable may I cancel? Answer, NO! I had already called the LaQuinta witch is only 5 min from the light house and my weekly rate was not only cheaper but they have a pool and one of the best hot tubs I've had the pleasure to get in. ( see my Review on La Quinta ) I even called this morning to speak to a manager at light house about my experience again nothing but rude, so as requested by the person on the other end of the phone at the Lighthouse Inn I am leaving this permanent review to worn others. Take your hard earned money down the road where they appreciate your business and you and your loved one are safe.
Fully recommended good price, clean place, friendly management, it is getting renovated pretty good, looks like they are expecting any time new furniture, new beds, and new Flat screen TV. Last weekend manager mentioned soon it would be renamed as Travel Inn & Suites.
Served the purpose. TVs are old and the cable channels are terrible. Very over priced.
