Communication was KEY...They kept me in the loop on my order status, showed up on time and even though it took a couple of weeks longer to complete (back orders on materials due to covid) they did an AMAZING JOB!! . We called DeerCreek Construction to make sure our roof was all set and ready for hurricane season. We just wanted to be prepared and we even had a couple spots that needed a little work and they took care of them for us in no time. Great customer service, great staff and even better pricing. We were certain that we were going to have to pay out of pocket but you worked with our insurance and got it and our gutters replaced 100% We also LOVED the fact that we were able to finance our large deductible and the upgraded Total Protection Roofing system! THANKS!!! The crew came in and in less than a day, removed & replace our roof and did an excellent job cleaning up! Gutters where on w/in a few days too. Everyone was professional and friendly. RECOMMEND THEM 100%
