9 East on Poplar

One of the coolest places I have ever stayed! The pictures don't even do it justice. Incredibly comfortable and great location. Everything was perfect, and property owner was wonderful.

My daughter and I went to visit DePauw University and realized that the weekend we were due to visit was one of the busiest of the year. Every B&B and hotel was booked. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because we found 9 East on Poplar! When we pulled up in my daughter and I knew right away that this place was special. Rashell and Kim (the owners) were both so sweet and accommodating. The guest house was immaculate and so welcoming. The owners thought of everything from all types of coffees, bottles of Pelligrino, cabinets of fresh lush towels and beautiful blankets and extra pillows. We truly didn't want to leave. Next time we will definitely plan ahead so we can stay here, hopefully with more time to enjoy the lovely kitchen and sit out on in one of the rockers on the wrap around front porch. Super close to restaurants and DePauw too!
