The employees at Rockford Bicycle Company were very knowledgeable and friendly. I took my bike in for a tune-up and they did a great job. Overall, it was a great experience.

A big thank you to Skip. My 6’6 son needed a xxl bike to cross train for his baseball career with the St Louis Cardinals. We waited all summer and he now has a Marlin 6 with all the accessories needed to be safe and functional. Great customer service!!
Great, top of the line products, but they are priced as top of the line. Accessories like a bicycle light and other things, price way too high compared to competitive products oh, that's my opinion anyway. But good friendly people, and I love the dog.
After being bike-snobbed at other local shops I came here and bothered them with way too many question and was met with patience and a wealth of knowledge. Plus they offer lifetime tune-ups on bike purchases Which is a huge perk than can pay for the bike itself in a couple years. I’ve bought 2 here now and is my shop of choice. Plus they have a small bar now which is nice while you wait for a tune up. A group ride meets here Wednesday nights at 6:30 all summer and all are invited for a 25 mile cruise around Rockford with a few rest stops along the way
