Jim and Lerma - Thank you for an amazing experience, from start to finish. The Eunorau 500W ebike is just amazing and the white color just perfect.nnJim was just perfect in explaining all the details from electronic LCD setup to folding the bike... very through and he even responded on Facetime right away when I couldn't figure out the assembly when I got home. I live about 72 miles away from Jim's location and he added padding and tied it down perfectly for travel. What a delight to work with a vendor like Jim in an virtual world where everything is dropped off and now one is there to assist. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive for a perfectly assembled ebike that actually work w great customer service.nnLoving it, did my first 10 mile trek yesterday!!
Met with Jim yesterday on short notice to check out one of the bikes, was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the bikes, answered all of the questions that I had, and allowed me to test out a few different bikes to find the one I wanted. Ended up with the Eunorau 500w step over and Im super happy with it. Thanks Jim!
