Old, needs renovation. Bed is itchy, windows were dusty. False info were given to us, they said that the hotel is ON the casino. But no. Needs to drive to get there. Love the scent of the shampoo, soap and conditioner though.
Hollywood casino & hotel was just okay. Casino not connected to hotel. No shuttle available. The casino itself was hot. I don't think I will be going back for a long time

A good looking place
Beds were wonderful. Booked rooms in a gang for a wedding and they not together or on the same floor as the registrar said they'd be. Was not certain of arrival time and asked for both early check in and late check out if needed. Was granted. Arrived about 12:30 and though most of the rooms were available we were all charged an additional 15.00 per room which was not previously communicated. Never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed in a cross the U.S. Rooms had a different photo of Hollywood actors/actresses which was neat. Wish they were identified. Breakfast area needed attention. Hosekeeping very accomodating.
