I have lived at sunset cove for two years as of April I really love the new ownership they have made a drastic change to the location and I can't wait to see it when everything is back up to par.
The new management is super unprofessional. We decided not to renew our lease with them. They then told us they had lost our old lease from the old management. Then after we did our final walk through they told us that our deposit will be mailed to us in 1-2 weeks because they were out of checks. That was July 29 its September 16 still no deposit. We have been calling and asking what's taking so long and they just give us bs excuses. They also gave us different information from the head office that we received from the building office. This new company is horrible literally.
