Very nice accommodations and the bartender Elizabeth is amazing. Highly recommend staying here.
Stayed here in November. I understand with the whole covid19 they have to take certain precautions but I told them we were there to swim. They said only 4 people ok 2 people left then my daughters were going to swim they said no only 4 people? Then the breakfast had expired food in the bag. Paid over $100 for the lady behind the counter (black and red hair) to make us feel like we were an inconvenience because I told her the food was expired and I wanted my kids to swim. What a joke! Still waiting to hear from corporate.
After a horrible experience with another motel, we ended up here for our last night. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly. The beds are so soft and the pillows are fluffy. We will definitely be back.
I called to talk to my wife, but was asked to call back. The lady that answered said she couldn't transfer calls from the toilet. Strangest thing i ever heard. Are you so understaffed. You only have one person to answer the phone. Will be the last time we ever use this hotel.
Great hotel, location to Wilmot mountain and great customer service.
