To start with the front desk employee, Paco, was extremely kind, helpful, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed is beyond comfortable. Would definitely recommend to any one!
I set it up online based on my stays at Grove Oklahoma and Siloam springs Arkansas. Those location were recently updated and very very nice in comparison. This location the receptionist was real nice and checked me in very quickly but the room was a very different story. The screens that block the daylight on the windows worked but were so old the had cracks on the edges letting daylight in the morning. The TVs are very old and the picture were full of static picture looked old and analog vs digital. The big light in the corner did not work, the beds were clean, the sticky pad in the tub was yellowed and had 5 or 6 hairs stuck to it. Next to the bed some of the outlets didn't work. Even now I'm upset I have to take the time, but feel obligated to share all of this. One last thing, the person that checked me in was very nice and I'm sure if I complained he would have helped but since they were so full he probably would not have been able to move us.
Pool was clean and staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the staff changed my linens daily. Highly recommended for a stay in this area!
This place was great! Pool was cold but alex at the front desk was awesome! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
Alex at the front desk was fantastic! The room was nice very clean. Loved the lights in the bathroom and the full length mirror. The pool was very cold and was the only thing that we were disappointed in
