We just stayed in the Colonel Baker Suite at Hotel Baker and it was spectacular. It was like a step back in time but with all the modern amenities.nThe property has been returned to its original splendor and is a true gem.nThe staff was superb. Jason, who served as everything from front desk manager and concierge to personal porter was attentive to every detail and made our visit even better.nWe cannot say enough about this beautiful historic hotel and the team!

Staff was friendly beds are extremely comfortable. We had a issue with our hot tub but the great staff came to fix it immediately. Awesome historic place in the heart of St. Charles with lots of things to do. Will definitely be coming back

Baker Hotel was absolutely stunning! My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway. The staff was amazing... and I wish I got the lady’s name we spoke with about the history of the hotel her company was much appreciated! We can’t wait to visit again so we can chat some more thank you!!

I’ve been blessed to be allowed to stay here twice. Each visit has been pleasant and relaxing. I stayed here in the Summer (August) and Winter (January) seasons. With both visits I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. The amenities are easily accessible. The ambiance is comforting and elegant.nnMy most recent stay was during COVID-19 & I was pleased with all of the preventive measures the Management and staff set up. My room was clean and sanitized. Guests where spread out well. Masks were worn and this helped my anxieties about the spread.nnThe location is amazing! Set in the heart of historic scene, there are plenty of nearby eateries and activities to embark upon both in the Hotel and the surrounding blocks! I highly recommend Hotel Baker to anyone!

The best hotel in the Western Suburbs they just celebrated their 90th anniversary if you get a chance to stay here I highly recommend it. The Suite is very beautiful. Very friendly people.
